What do you know about teas? They come powdered, loose leaf, special blend, and in pre-measured satchels also known as tea bags. Teas come caffeinated, decaffeinated, Green, Black, Herbal, White, and Oolong. There are many, many different blends and brands. In this moment, I want to talk about one strain of tea that I think everyone should have in their pots. This tea helps to boost the metabolism, curb  cravings for sweets, and protects the teeth from cavities. You better believe it's true! Because it is.

There are over 16 different types of oolong. The one I have in this photo happens to be my new new! Jin Xuan,  is a smooth creamy type of tea. That's why it is also known as Milk Oolong. This tea has a sweet aromatic flavor all on its own, so it's no wonder why it would help kick a sweet tooth.
Oolong helps with weight management because it contains natural phenols that control how you metabolize fat.
This tea also helps to lower metabolism and boosts the immune system to fight off infection.

If you haven't tried this tea yet, I encourage you to go for it. You might even notice that this tea boosts your concentration and thinking skills.
*Slightly sweeten this tea with manuka honey, or agave syrup for a beautiful aroma.
